About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing healthcare technology company, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support hiring across a broad range of business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with multiple business areas, owning a diverse requisition load, and making an immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a 3-month hybrid contract based in Chicago, with three days per week in the office.
Requirements
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Proven ability to simultaneously recruit for a variety of roles in a high-volume setting.
- A team-oriented work ethic coupled with a high level of independence and adaptability.
