Executive Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)
About the Role
Our client, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing educational equity, is searching for an Executive Assistant to support 2 Executives on the leadership team. This role will provide integral support to the executive team ranging from traditional EA tasks to PA responsibilities such picking up lunch or getting coffee as needed. This is an outstanding opportunity for an established executive support professional looking for a dynamic and evolving role within a mission-based environment. This client is seeking someone with experience setting up processes, procedures and organizational system to keep each executive on task (creating email folders, etc.). The role often requires working with ambiguity and potentially outside the job description. Please note this is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office per week. Salary is up to $40/hour when temporary and up to $90k once permanent plus bonus and benefits
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar senior executive support role.
- Experience creating organizational processes and systems for an Executive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required and Salesforce, Asana, and/or Expensify preferred.
- Proven ability to proactively manage dynamic calendars and priorities.
- A team-oriented work ethic coupled with a high level of collaboration and communication skills.
- A keen eye for creating and enhancing infrastructure out of ambiguity.
- High degree of attention to detail, organization, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
