About the Role
Our client, a fintech firm, is searching for a RecruitingCoordinator for their Downtown Chicago office. This role will serve as a coremember of the talent acquisition team, with a focus on supporting their ongoingcampus and experienced hire recruiting efforts. This is a great opportunity foran experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join a growing global firm withconstantly evolving travel strategies, creating opportunities for growth forhigh performers. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office required perweek.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordinator role (must actively be managing recruiting coordination efforts in current role).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms, Greenhouse preferred.
- Proven ability to manage dynamic calendars in a fast-paced environment.
- A solution-oriented mindset coupled with the ability to proactively and independently solve problems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
